How To Build a Chevy 383 Stroker - Part 1: Block & Crank
This is a new multi part series on how to assemble a small block Chevy 383 stroker motor (actually it is an internal combustion engine - "motors" are electric - but I digress LOL).
MOST of the assembly applies to any small block engine. I have divided up the assembly procedure into many parts so you can skip to the specific part you are looking for, i.e: crank, camshaft, timing chain or how to adjust rockers.
This whole series was shot by myself with my iPhone so presenting, filming and assembling could all be done smoother but "ir-regardless" I hope it helps.

1992 chevy s10 with a 383 stroker V8, hedman elite shorty headers, comp xe268h hydraulic flat tappet cam, racing head service aluminum heads. Waiting for spintech mufflers to arrive before getting the Exhaust done. This project is finally almost finished after starting the engine build back in october....and yes i know it needs a paint job....

1967 Chevrolet Camaro Resto-mod 383 Stroker, 6spd Nitrous For Sale
THIS CAR HAS BEEN SOLD BUT WE HAVE MORE RARE TRUCKS AVAILABLE, CONTACT LMM1225 (at) GMAIL (dot) COM FOR MORE INFO. You are looking at a very high dollar restoration of a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. Originally a nonchalant yet rust free California car, this became a fire-breathing V8-powered Street Machine!
During the frame off restoration completed in 2007, the following was done:
-Frame was completely stripped and powdercoated
-Body was taken down to bare metal and received 12 coats of paint, including two for the racing stripes (Paint is incredible!)
-383 ci Crate Motor was installed and coupled to a T6 Manual transmission.
-Interior was completely redone with custom touches such as embroidered logos and power windows!
-Touch Screen head unit with Bluetooth was installed
-Air suspension was installed in the rear
-All four wheels where CUSTOM designed by Chip Foose for the car! 18" in the front, 19" in the rear....
-Full Nitrous Oxide system was installed but has never been fired
This car is truly one of a kind and turns heads on the street and at the shows. Needs nothing other than a new owner.
