We set out today first pass of the season from a long and cold winter. Last year the car ended the year on a 10.73@137 on a stock cylinder head. With more power and a cylinder head from DCR first pass off the street 10.29@138.88 and backed it up with a 10.10@141.8. Look for more times to come this is only the beginning of 2009!

We set out to the track last night and broke out old record of 10.10 and the old MPH of 144.8! Car really moves just need to get it to hook through the first 330'! Look for more track times hopefully 9's soon. This is also the first SRT-4 to trap 150 MPH with no Nitrous!

In what is believed to be the first program of its kind, customers who order a 2011 Corvette Z06 or ZR1 can choose to pay an additional $5,800 and hand-assemble their cars' LS7 or LS9 engines at GM's Performance Build Center (PBC) in Wixom, Mich. In addition to building their own engines, Corvette buyers can attend driving school in Arizona or Nevada, take delivery of their vehicles at the National Corvette Museum or watch their vehicles being built at the Corvette assembly plant in Bowling Green, Ky.

GipsyFIAT Historic Racing Car
The Gipsy Fiat racing car is a beautifully crafted Australian built special that has been campaigned at various key historic race meetings mainly Philip Island, Historic Winton and Sydneys Eastern Creek.
The Gipsy Fiat is powered by a de Havilland Gipsy Moth aero engine and also utilises a modified Fiat 501 chassis and steering set up, 1927 Buick gearbox and various 1929 Chrysler components. All these components are pre-1930 as required by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport for Group J(pre-1930 racing car) builds.
