2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 Luxury Crossover SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/mercedes-benz/glk-class/2013/ The Mercedes GLK350 is a very functional compact luxury crossover that has been refreshed for the 2013 model year. This segment has grown to be very popular that the Mercedes GLK350 has competition from Audi, BMW, Infiniti, and Lexus. With a starting price of $35,880 the GLK is a very affordable option. The 2013 Mercedes GLK-Class can seat up to 5 adults.
On the outside the chiseled look has been softened a bit and the new features make the GLK350 look more luxurious. Everything about the front-end is new including a better grille, chrome trim around the lower bumper, new headlights, and trick LED daytime running lights. Out back the lines are softer and the taillights are full LED units. The Exhaust tips are oval chrome units that tie the whole package together.
On the inside the ergonomics of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 have been significantly improved. The shifter has been moved to the column in an effort to make more room on the center console. The Navigation system and touch screen are one of the best in the business and therefore remain unchanged. New for this model is the addition of a Stop/Start system that shuts the engine off while sitting idle. This system is good for improving fuel economy by a few MPG. Overall Mercedes did a wonderful job on the interior refresh.
The 2013 Mercedes GLK350 is powered by a Direct Injection 3.5 liter V-6 engine that makes 302 horsepower and 273 lb-ft. of torque. That's over 30 more horsepower than last year's model. The 7-speed automatic transmission should help the GLK350 net much better fuel economy numbers than last year's model. Soon Mercedes will be releasing a Diesel version of the GLK-Class called the GLK250 BlueTec that should be a bit hit.
All in all the 2013 Mercedes GLK350 is at the top of the list concerning luxury crossover SUVs. The price is very reasonable, the interior is well sorted, and the new exterior refresh looks great.

Mercedes has officially unveiled the 2014 S-Class at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Hamburg, Germany.
Designed to become one of the most luxurious and advanced vehicles ever constructed, the 2014 S-Class has an evolutionary design that incorporates a sportier front fascia, a larger grille and a gentle slanting rear end. The sleek styling enables the model to have drag coefficient of 0.24 which is pretty impressive considering the pint-sized CLA has a drag coefficient of 0.23.
