This is my 94 Volvo 850 turbo that I worked on all summer with my friend. This is just a little montage of some of the things we did to it. Some of the things is a short ram air intake with K&N air filter, Boost gauge, 850 R Ecu, custom Exhaust, no catalytic converter, HKS Carbon Ti Muffler, OBX Strut bar, new rims and tires, new windshield, blacked out tails, custom grille I made, black euro side signals, new black paint job, some engine pieces painted, new sound system with subwoofers and more...
Modded Volvo 850 NA
1997 volvo 850 NA. Mods include, Intake and Exhaust port match and pocket port, INmotion tuning stage 2 ECU, Exhaust from a volvo 850 T5 (diamter of the turbo is around 1.5 inches larger then the NA cars, comment for more info), Accel air filter, The throttle body was knife edged and the butterfly was replaced with the free flowing volvo 960 butterfly the shaft has been flattened, MSD 6A, and the air box has been modded. 1995 Volvo 850 GLT non Turbo for sale *parts or fix* runs and drives
1995 volvo 850 GLT non turbo. automatic mileage unknown( odometer broke at 175k) new plugs, radiator, lower coolant hose, strut, control arm and bushings. Not much rust. Some dents and scratches. Leaks coolant from the back of the motor, hose more than likely, doesnt blow smoke like a head gasket, tranny lines leak at connections to the radiator. Needs TLC. Or part it out. Tan leather interior and rugs need cleaning. Located in Hinsdale, NH near Keene NH and Brattleboro VT. TITLE IN HAND.

Some mixed movieclips of my 850 turbo when setting up the engine map. Running Holset HX35 turbo, 1260cc Lucas injectors, JE pistons (81.5mm), LGspeed rods, crappy GLT-cams, Sachs 707 clutch with sinter disc, ethanol, 2x255 pumps, MSD ignition, Quaife LSD, VEMS (Versatile Engine Management Systems) and running quite low Boost ~22psi (1.5bar), and a lot more stuff done!
