Our mechanic Joseph explaining the limited repairs done to the 1974 Pontiac LeMans to make it road ready. We wanted to be as bare-bones as possible while still being responsible drivers.
1974 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ
Here are some pictures after the car is 98% finished. We still need to adjust the body and doors for a better fit. The paint is the original factory Regatta Blue Acrylic Urethane. The body panels and glass and lenses are 100% original as is the interior (except carpet is new). There was only minor surface rust anywhere including under the vinyl top. Engine is the factory matching numbers 455 punched out to a 462 with factory Ram Air headers and Magnaflows. The car sounds great! I'll post a video with sound soon. We have extra parts for this car if anyone needs help restoring another Grand Prix.

1974 Pontiac LeMans vs 1974 Plymouth Duster
No matter what I tried he'd always pass me at the end.
For some odd reason, at this track, my best I pulled off was 14.91@89.9.
It was a great day.

Rare 1977 Pontiac Lemans Can Am - 6.6V8 Muscle Car
I thought you might like a look at this very rare 77 Pontiac Lemans Can Am. Originally, Pontiac had planned to build nearly 5,000 of these cars, but they ran into some problems with the mold that was used to make the ducktail spoilers. Instead of fixing the issue, they decided to call a halt to production. In the end, only 1377 Can Am's were built. They were packing a 6.6L 400 cu in V8, a Heavy Duty TH400 trans, and the RTS Rally Suspension Package. The horsepower wasn't amazing due to the low compression used at this point, but for the late 70's it was about as good as you could get. They are exceedingly rare and highly collectible. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching!

1973 Pontiac Grand Prix For Sale
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WAS A MISTAKE WITH THE VIDEO. THERE IS ONLY 28, 131 MILES ON THE CAR. NOT 280,000.
This 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix is being offeredon Craig's List for a limited time.
It's very well kept and has one been smoked in only once or twice in it's history. It's owned by the original owners and has been kept in the garage to prevent any possible damage. It has an original 8-track player and has a beautiful white leather interior. The actual mileage is just over 28,00 miles and there are no problem with the car at all. This is definately a limited time offer and should be taken advantage of before it's too late.
If there are any questions about the car at all, please comment the video or send an e-mail to mikeandkelly@hughes.net
