FG XR6 turbo 0-200. Factory standard.
Rolling on factory 19" rims, Toyo T1R. Brand new tyres, so grip is
fantastic. Usually it would wheelspin to 60, stuffing up the gear change,
but this time it was nice and smooth.
0-100: 4.9 seconds
0-200: 16.1 seconds
80-120: 2.5 seconds
Eased off a little after 200, was contemplating going to the 240 limiter
but the private racetrack had a corner coming up so I canned that idea.
Can't wait to start modding it.
Ford G6E turbo - G6EPSI
The G6E may be the luxury spec model of the Ford Falcon FG fleet but fitted
with the fantastic 4.0L factory turbo
engine, Chris' example shows that with the right bolt-ones they make one
quick daily driver. The car makes 400kW to the wheels thanks to a Boosted Garrett GTX35R turbo all through the stock ZF 6spd auto trans.

This is the most luxurious non-turbo
six-cylinder Falcon you can buy. It's the replacement for the Fairmont Ghia
(we all know how good that was) and it looks like it means business. It can
accommodate a family of 5 comfortably and the 4.0-litre six cylinder engine
is smooth and responsive with plenty of torque
