what we have here for sale is some genuine german made Oem fasteners for mounting hot stuff especialy turbos. the ford 2.3 turbo motor has 4 of these on them mine were constantly working loose and causing a pre turbo leak.I tried every nut offered at the hardware store and they all worked loose and were hard to install because they were the wrong wrench size. getting the correct turbo specfastener was proving tough. but i had a friend in germany whomentioned that he could get me a turbo / exhaustspecificmechanical locking fastner. i jumped on it but had to buy a minimum of 200 for the manufacturer to even bother with the order. here i am with a turbo that stays on!!!!! The ford locknuts were $6.99 each before they were obseleteandnothing else worked for me
these are copper plated, (for corrosion resistance and reduced chance of seizure)flanged,and featurereduced wrenching size of 15mm( pictured against the chrome ones you can see)just like oem ford much eaiser to install than a 17mm like you find in the hardware store oftenwhich arent lock nuts.
these are highly vibration resistant however if you have worn out studs and install these nuts on worn out studs theymight eventually be un happy. the washers are recommended for use with used studs . i offer a viking lock washer option the washers make the assembly truly permanant . ask about the washers they will only work with the bullet nose german or the long stud options the short stud will not accomidate the length of the assembly

any way i also bought several studs to fix my e6 manifold and the same german exhaust maker came through with super high grade studs.
in the picture you can see standard studs and super high strength the blunt nosed studs are standard e6 replacment studs i found good quality 2 short and 2 long.. (for bottom with turbo brace).
the pilot pointed studs are super strength german studs and the pilot makes it easy to start the nut without crossthreading or dropping on the ground 50 times when you try to put the nut on.
also offer a 4 packof viking washers these are interlocking lock washers they come in a matched set and are aircraft grade permanant locking washers they are reusable
ifyou have worn out studs and install these nuts on worn out studs they could eventually be un happy i have used them with about a 85% success on worn studs if yournuts are currently loosening every 2 or 3 weeks your studs are beond repair and you should buy the nutswith newstuds if you wish to avoid the replacment of your studs i offer the washersfor use with used studs and my nuts .

this is a liquidation of excess parts i had to over buy on the nuts and studs to get them from germany so when they are gone they are gone !!
