Original ZZPerformance Supercharger Coupler
We were the first company to make this replacement coupler in a different material for the older M90 M62 Eaton superchargers found on the 3800 and 2.0 Supercharged GM engines
We have been making them in this same material since 2003.
CNC machined to the exact dimensions
but in a different material that does not wear as quickly as the original Eaton one.
GM's original one in the LS9 and LSA superchargers were recalled due to noise because the spring would wear out the plastic. So we came up with this solid one that eliminates the spring to 10x the life span of the original Eaton design. Basically it will never fail.
This replaces the supercharger coupler in these vehicles:
2013-17 Jaguar 3.0L supercharged F-Pace, XE, XF F-Type,
2013-17 Land Rover Range Rover 3.0L supercharged Discovery LR4
Basically it has to be a 3.0L supercharged engine. We have another auction up for the 5.0L supercharged engine.
You may see some people copy our design or make one similiar to it in a different look, but the reality is ours is better.
Made In The USA in house in our location in Michigan. More than 50,000 of the older design couplers sold with zero failures.
Yes we are aware there are Chinese companies out there that have attempted to copy our design. It looks similar but the hole tolerances are not correct. It is looser. The material is also different as this material is not available out of the U.S. So why risk saving a few dollars from a random China vendor that is not going to warranty the item because you won't find them later?
We did years of research and testing to come out with the perfect material.
Others just find a cheap material which is too hard or too soft.
Ours is proven and tested and have been on cars since 2003.

If your car has a rattle and it's coming from the supercharger, most likely this little $20 part will repair your problem.
Have you tried bringing it to the dealer?
They usually give you a $2500 estimate and tell you that you need an entire brand new supercharger installed,because they cannot order this part. They have to buy the entire supercharger.
These are very easy to install. Unbolt the snout, pry the snout off and you will see the factory coupler. Use some RTV to seal it back up and bolt back together. These superchargers have the oil in the back, so you don't even have to make a big mess of oil like the older style superchargers.
