We are committed to sending your parts out within24 hours excluding weekends and holidays (All orders placed before 3pm EST willbe shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped onnext business day). The approximate shipping time is 3-7 business days. We willprovide the UPS tracking number after your order is processed and will advisethe approximate arrival date to your door.

WARRANTY POLICY:
·We stand behind everywheel hub and wheel bearings we sell.
·All wheel hubs andwheel bearings come with 12 months warranty from the date of shipping.
·We will replace thedefective parts, provided that they are in stock within the warranty periodposted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item at his/her ownshipping cost. The replacement continues to carry the remaining warranty periodbut does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
·For warrantyreplacement items and only for warranty replacement items, we will refund thepurchase price if the replacement is not available, or if the buyer prefers arefund and sends the original item back at his/her own cost.
·If wheel hubs andwheel bearings are returned for a reason other than warranty, it is subject to15% re-stocking fee.
·No reimbursement willbe given for shipping delays, labor, mileage, causing damages or other costsinvolved in installation or re-installation of wheel hubs and wheel bearings.
·Warranty and shipping related claims requireverification – do not dispose parts until instructed.
·To file a warrantyclaim, customers are required to submit their information by email or eBaymessage. All warranty claims require a copy of your original purchase receiptand images of the warranted parts.
·If the wheel hubs orwheel bearings are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 businessdays from date of receipt, providing a picture of the damaged part. Keep thebox and part for us to file the claim with carriers.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Within15 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

·Have not been installed or disassembled
365hubsonly accepts returns and refunds your purchases with an authorized RMA (ReturnMerchandise Authorization) number issued by 365hubs. Please contact 365hubs forthe RMA number via eBay messaging. 365hubs will evaluate the return request andissue RMA numbers accordingly. Some returns may be subject to 15%restocking fee and return shipping charge. 365hubs will generate a prepaid UPSreturn label and email you. Please print out the label and put it on yourreturn package, drop them off to any UPS stores or service locations. Thereturn package must be well packed. Any cost of damage during return shipping willbe charged to the sender.

Do not use an impactwrench to install wheel hubs and wheel bearings because it may damage theparts. Please ONLY use a torque wrench. Please use the correct axle torque specand installation procedure STRICTLY.
Donot attempt to disassemble the product. Components may be damaged. Warranty willbe void if the product is disassembled.
