Please replace your upper timing chain guides, these plastic parts also fail and can lead to a jumped timing chain if the plastic falls between the chain and gears.

The plastic pieces clog up the oil strainer and starves your engine for oil!You will need 2 of part number 1190520916 and 1 each of 1190500316 and 1190500216 , you need to remove these to replace the oilers, they probably will break when you try to remove them, so be sure to place clean rags to keep the broken pieces from falling into your engine.
