1.You must contact us using Message Center to obtain an RMA number before returning any item. Include your user ID, item number, email address, and phone number.
2.Please tell us the reason for the return, and if you need a replacement or refund.
3.The item must be returned unused in its original packaging with all and any accessories.
A return RMA number and return shipping info will be emailed to you. Please make sure your return shipment is able to be tracked. Refunds will not be given until part(s) have been returned and checked in. All returns that are not the fault of PartsAnytime will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back but we can't recover the shipping cost.
