Calipers workperfectly with 22mm or upgradable 23.81mm OE master cylinders. (Audi Masters are a straight bolt on for a firm pedal feel for racing applications)
This kit fits all A1 chassis cars : Mk1 Golf/Rabbit, Mk1 & Mk2 Scirocco, pick-up, Mk1 Jetta, and Mk1 convertible. and are a straight bolt on application, no need for 16V carriers. you will probably need to upgrade to a 22mm master cylinder, if not already on your car. (G60 Corrado non-ABS master cylinder, to be used with the later style 9\" ATE booster.) The 256mm rotors will clear 14\" OEM VW wheels with 10mm spacers (P-slot & Snowfalkes were tested). This has been tested and validated. Brake backing plate trimming might be required. The 280mm rotors will need 15\" diameter wheels, and might need spacers, depending on wheel type. Stock BBS RA\'s will also need 10mm spacer for spoke clearance.
