This a genuine OEM Volvo automatic gear shift knob from a 1997 960.
If you are using this for a 940, you will need to reuse your old overdrive down shift button. If your old button is bad and you need one with the knob, just let me know, but do it right away as I ship quickly.Although it may look gray in the photos, it is black, the only color that they were made in.
It is in excellent condition. There are no cracks in the button, nor in the body of the knob. There are some minor nicks in the body of the knob that are only noticable on close inspection.
If you are not completely satisfied return it within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Removal of your old knob is merely a matter of grabbing with both hands and giving a sudden and powerful thrust upward. Selecting low gear makes it easier. Installation is the opposite.
