This is designed specifically for all the Volkswagen / Audi 1.8T and the 2.7L engines. Made out of aircraft super strong and light weightAluminum 6061. Will also work on other cars measuring at 25mm (.986 of an inch) inlet and out if you want it re-circulating.This is available in Anodized BLACK or Machined SILVER (Silver is in our other ebay listing). The piston internal is made out of Copper/ Zinc Plated.
Precise Adjustment of the Splitter HybridValve is done by turning the ratchet typecapadjustment knob located on the top of the valve. Turning the knob clockwise will stiffen the spring for higher levels of boost retention, while turning the knob counter-clockwise will loosen the spring tension for lower levels of boost retention.
TheHyrbid Valve is capable of 3 different setups, which are:
1.) Hybrid: Atmospheric AND Re -circulating Operation
2.) 100% Re-Circulating Mode
3.) 100% Atmospheric Mode
Instructions Included - Professional Installation is suggested if you\'ve never installed one before. (Please alsonote that: This Valve requires installing the opposite wayof the original Bosch Valve. I.E.: The side pipe is then fittedonto the Turbo Intake Hose and the Base Pipe is connected to the hose that runs to the Boost Side of the Turbo.)
