-Some settling will occur during shipment! Corners may get slightly bent during shipping, or wrinkles may form on the liner. This is NOT a defect and should smooth out during the installation process.
-Please read the installation instructions thoroughly before applying the decal to your vehicle! We also recommend watching online videos of the install process.We cannot accept returns if the decal is damaged during the installation process.Make sure the surface is clean and smooth before applying the decal, as dirt and dust there can make the adhesive less effective. Some trimming of the liner is required as laid out in the install guide, but you do not need to trim any part of the vinyl itself unless the listing or instructions state otherwise. If you are not comfortable doing the installation process yourself, you can always contact a professional at an auto body shop that specializes in vehicle wraps to install the decal for you.
F.A.Q’s:
-Do you have this in another color?Yes! We have the following colors: red (deep red and light red), blue, lime green, purple, orange, pink, silver, gray, black (glossy and matte), and white (glossy and matte). If you do not see a listing for the design you want in the color you want, please simply add a note to us at checkout stating which color you’d like. If you ask for black or white, please specify if you want it in a GLOSSY or MATTE finish.
-Will this fit my vehicle?Our decals are only guaranteed to fit the vehicles specified in the listing, and no others.However, some customers have successfully installed decals on vehicles outside of the fitment chart by trimming the decals themselves. We are always happy to help guide you for that process, but we cannot offer returns or refunds on decals bought for vehicles outside of the fitment chart.
-Why hasn’t my order shipped/Why is it taking so long?Our decals are custom made-we don’t make it until you order it! We’re a small operation, so decals can take 3-5 business days to produce. If you haven’t received tracking information within that time frame, please reach out to us for an update. The standard free shipping can take 2-9 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost, please message us if you are interested. Thank you for your patience!
