If you commit to buy a product for a 2011 VW but plan on using it on a 2003 VW and our listing clearly discloses that the product will only fit a 2011 (or particular disclosed models years) than that is simply your error and we will not be held responsible for that mistake. If You Receive A Damaged Product
We cannot control shipping mishaps, unfortunately neither can you. If you receive an obviously damaged item due to shipping it will be your responsibility to contact the shipping company and file the necessary claim(s) for a potential reimbursement or replacement case. In the case of damaged items/products claim we will be glad to provide any shipping/purchase paper work to you at no additional cost via U.S Mail.
