Up here is a Weber 45mmDualDCOEKit by REDLINE WEBER kit number K409(www.redlineweber.com) for a Volkswagen1600cc or 1800cc inline water cooled 4 cyl. engine found in a Golf/Rabbit Scirocco Jetta ect. This kit WILLONLY FIT 16 valve engines for 8 valve engines please refer to my other sales. This kit is a conversion for CIS injected cars to bypass the CIS injection entirely. A nice option for a good running car with a worn out CIS system or a tuner who wants more than what they can get out of their CIS.
This kit is for those who want more output than a progressive 32/36orBosch CIS injectionand who don't mind the drivablility hold backs of a full race carb. This kit is intended for warmer weather and is best suited for a "Toy" and not for transportation. This kit out of the box is intended for use on engines 1800-2000cc. It CAN run on other engines but will need jetted. The DCOE is VERY tunable with many jet and venturi options available
This kit comes with a PREJETTED carb, linkage, gaskets, CIS injector plugs, everything you need to mount it. Not all WEBER's are created equal. Anyone can buy a stockDCOE and a manifold, call it a kit, and leave you trying to figure out how to tune it. Redline Doesn't send air cleaners with these kits as to variations in firewalls from car to car.

This is a Genuine EuropeanWEBER andNOT a cheap CHINESE knock off from EMPI.
If converting from CIS to carbs you will need to use a different fuel pump rated at 2.5-3.0 PSI of pressure. The stock BOSCH high pressure pump puts out 10 times that pressure and is more than the needle and seat can handle.
