- 100% working tires, free of leaks and damage. We inspect all tires individually when receiving new inventory and before shipping. If we find leaks / defects before shipping, we will contact you immediately and either offer an equal alternative or refund your money.
- Some tires may have been repaired in the tread area. We do not sell tires with repairs in the sidewall. If a tire plug is found we cut the plug from the inside and do a proper repair with a patch. We also guarantee all patches for as long as you own a tire. If a patch that we installed fails or leaks, we will issue a full refund.

If a damaged tire slips through our quality control checks, we will exchange that tire free of charge within 90 days, covering all shipping costs or refund your money. You will need to provide solid proof of defects, including a detailed description of the problem, supported by high resolution photos from different angles (minimum 3 photos).
If you decide you no longer need / want a tire which is in good condition, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If already in possession of the tire/s, you will need to ship it back at your expense before you can receive a refund. You have 90 days to initiate a refund. Refund will not be issued if tire/s were driven since purchase.

All tires sold are USED in AS IS condition, with all the faults and defects and without any warranty apart from the 90 days return / exchange policy (described above).
