Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase unlessunder prior arrangement. If payment is not made within 7 days of ordering, the orderwill be canceled and the item(s) will be re-listed.

Part Compatibility

We are responsible for selling items that are in a goodworking condition and for making sure that the items that the customer receivesare the same as shown in the eBay listings.

We are registered dismantlers, but we are not mechanics,so we are not well placed to comment on the compatibility of parts.

And so, we ask that the customer check whether or not theitems are compatible with the vehicle they wish to attach the items to.

We recommend that the customer check with a registeredmechanic or appropriate car dealership before purchasing items.

If the part the customer receives is not compatible withtheir vehicle, they are responsible for paying the return postage.

Upon receiving the item we will refund the original itemprice only (not original postage).

Note: The item must be in the same condition as it waswhen delivered. If the item is deemed to be damaged no refund will be given.

Part Condition

Since the part is secondhand some scratches, marks andother damage may be present.

We try to show all defects in detailin the photos provided, but some minor defects might not be visible.

Due to lighting, camera flash, time ofthe day and other factors, the color and tone of the items in the photos mightbe slightly different to actual color.

In order to not receive complaintsafter the customer receives the item(s), we recommend asking us for more photosprior to purchasing.

Importation Tax

Some customs offices in certaincountries charge importation tax and/or custom’s charges. Importation taxapplied to automobile parts can be very high. We recommend contacting yourlocal customs office and finding out how much importation tax will be appliedto the parts you wish to purchase.

NOTE: The customer is responsible forpaying import tax/custom’s charges. Please do not ask for a refund or reimbursementas we are under NO obligation to pay.

If requested, we can send the customeran invoice including photos of the items if a valid email address is providedin order to aid the customs clearance process.

NOTE: If the customs office or post companyin the customer’s country does not release the package (while they send thecustomer a letter requesting payment), the estimated postage time becomes void.We have no control over customs offices and postage companies in othercountries (please do not complain to us).

Postage

Our Office hours are 9~5pm, Monday to Friday. The postagecutoff time is 1:30pm every day (Japan Time). So, if we receive a payment after1:00pm on Friday, we will not be able to send the package until Monday morningor the next available business day.

If a package cannot be sent within 4 days of receivingpayment due to National holidays we will contact the customer and ask forguidance.

We use the EMS (Express Mail Service) Japan postaldelivery service.
The shipping of car parts, especially those that exceed 4kgs (8.8lbs), is veryexpensive.

If there is a significant difference(US$20 or more after the package has been packed) we can negotiate a refund ofthe outstanding amount.

The product weight provided isestimated with the weight of packaging included.

So, some fragile or electricalproducts might be listed heavier due to the extra packaging needed.

If requested at the time of purchase,photos can be provided of the product being weighed before and after packaging.

NOTE: Upon purchase, a tracking number and a link to JapanPost Mail Tracking site will be provided as well as an estimated time ofarrival. Please check the location of your part every 1-2 days. If the partstays at a certain location (Customs, Local Post Office in your country) for anusually long time, please contact that organization and ask why the delivery ofthe part has been stalled.

Itis the Customer’sresponsibility to track their part while in transit.

Ifa part is seized by customs in the country of the customer, it is the Customer’s responsibility to makecontact with the local customs officials.

Ifthe part is seized by the postage company in the customer’s country, it is the Customer’s responsibility tomake contact with the postage company.

Wewill NOT refund any money forpostage if;

(i)Customs seizes the partand sends the part back to Japanbecause the customer did not claim the part (even if the Customs Office doesnot contact the customer).

(ii)The local Post Officeseizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did notclaim the part (even if the Post Office does not contact the customer).

(iii)The Post Office triesto deliver the part, but retains the part due to the customer not being home,and then sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim thepart (even if the Post Office does not contact the customer).

If one of the abovesituation occurs, it is the Customerthat must pay for having the part resent. If the customer decides they want tocancel the order and receive a refund, a refund will ONLY be given for the purchase price of the product and notfor the price of delivery.
