• All Domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground for mid and large size packages, small package (less than 2lbs) are shipped via USPS First-Class.All domestic shipments outside of the Continental 48 states and PO Boxes are shipped via Priority Mail regardless of the package size.
• Domestic shipping rates include services within the Continental USA, where UPS ground shipment is available.

• Local Pick-Ups are available, but full amount is required.
• Shipment to Canada are shipped via UPS Canada Standard, other International shipments are made via USPS Express Mail (EMS), Tracking is available for EMS. All small packages for International buyers including Canada, are shipped via USPS First-Class/Priority International Mail, No Tracking # will be available, Buyers assumes all risks for all lost packages.
• International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax, these fees are not charged by Modified Concept, and are not included in the total amount of the sale. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to UPS.
• Canadian buyers are now only responsible for a flat rate brokerage fee of $15 for any purchases under $300.00, however, duty tax still varies depending on your location.

  It’s our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. We will offer refund of the ITEM PRICE ONLY on any unused items. (item must be unopened, and be in their original packaging. no signs of being installed or mounted, used, cut wires or scratches. Must be original Saleable Condition which is determined solely by Modified Concept.) Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
• 60 Days Limited Warranty
  Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects including bulbs, LED outage, and water leak. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by Modified Concept.
• Damaged Items
  Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.
• When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by Modified Concept clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
  
• If the item was damaged, defect, or wrong item shipped, our RMA department will provide a return shipping label via email if needed, also UPS claim will be filed, we will have to wait until the claim approved before we can exchange any item for customers. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for issue of your RMA number. Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange once it has been received by our RMA department.

  NOTE:We strongly advise you to keep your factory OEM lights in case you need to exchange your purchase. This way you'll have something to use while you wait for your replacement.
  

• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department.
• All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged.
  
• Most of our products DO NOT come with instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is sale " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.

• During the high season time, there might be times that popular merchandise are backorder, we do try our best to keep the inventory accurate for the item that we list. There might be chances that the item is out of stock before we can stop the listings. If this does happen, we will try to contact our customer and provide a few option, by offering a ETA of the item, exchange or upgrade to another item or issue a full refund, if customer does not wish to wait.
