FAST, SAME DAY SHIPPING on in-stock items ordered by 5:00 pm CST (except where noted -- see below) in the continental USA. All in-stock items ship from our warehouse in Iowa. Non-stock items that we have to order from our suppliers, based on the time your order is placed, the items may not ship same day. Our suppliers are in different areas of the country and close at various times during the day. Shipping on non-stock items may be based on the suppliers current inventory.
Please call for availability of non-stock items so we can check the status of those items and let you know an approximate ship date. Additional delivery days may apply to some items, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.

If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within one year, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange. When making a return, please remember a few guidelines so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.
1. NO returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
2. Special order parts or non-stock items may incur restocking fees based on stipulations from our suppliers. We will be sure to inform you if a restocking fee will be assessed to your return.
3. Purchase and print a UPS or FedEx label, and then drop off your package at any UPS, FedEx or FedEx/Kinko\'s location or have a FedEx driver pick up the package at your selected address for a slightly higher fee.

WARRANTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your items when they arrive and report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturer\'s warranty may have to be inspected by a representative of our supplier before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
