DIY Auto Parts offers FREE FedEx ground shipping on all orders. Currently DIY Auto Parts only offers ground shipping.
Customer Friendly Returns Policy
Buyers are welcome to return any product to DIY Auto Parts within 60 days of purchase. You may return any defective, damaged, or mis-shipped part. Any returns due to customer error are subject to a restocking charge. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. If part is defective, please put specific details in the Customer Comments section
You must first email DIY Auto Deals, Message us on eBay or call the phone number on the packing slip to obtain an MRA#. If the return warrants a call tag, a return label will be emailed to you. Attach the package return label to the outside of the box.
International Buyers
Once an item leaves the continental 48 states the following exemptions apply:
