If the product you received is not what you purchased or not function as intend due to manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to file claims with carrier ASAP. Once we receive your email, we should file a damage/loss claim against the carrier.
