WARRANTY:
We guarantee all new rims against any manufacturer\'s defects for one full year. We also provide a lifetime structural warranty and a one year warranty on the face finish, providing the wheel has been properly maintained. Wheels should be cleaned with soap and water only; the use of a car wash or any cleaning chemicals voids our finish warranty. All of our wheels are TUV, JWL, VIA, SAE or DOT approved. All our rims are guaranteed to be straight and true.
RETURNS:
You should inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and all sensors should be tested BEFORE you proceed with installation. We will not accept unauthorized returns, so please contact us prior to returning any item to obtain a return authorization. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in its original packaging, and received within 30 days of date of sale. We will not accept any return after 30 Days.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
1 Once a return is authorized you will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number that must be printed on the return package. Our shipping & receiving department will not accept packages that do not have a return authorization number included.
2 Once a returned item is inspected and found to be in its original, unused condition, a refund will be issued through the original payment source.
3 NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED ON USED PARTS, ASSEMBLED PARTS OR INSTALLED PARTS. A 10% restocking fee may be charged on all returns, and return shipping is the buyers responsibility. NO SERVICE OR INSTALLATION CHARGES WILL BE REIMBURSED.
SHIPPING:
Our handling time is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. International deliveries may be subject to additional broker, border, customs and duty fees. Check with your country’s appropriate Customs office for details regarding your specific order. Unforeseen delays are not factored into the estimated delivery time. Priority mail is available for an additional charge.

- All shipping charges are included in the listing price. Unless shipped with the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP), additional broker, border, customs and duty fees are not included. For orders overseas, additional shipping charges may be required.
Orders to unconfirmed addresses within the continental US will not be shipped. Due to the high dollar value of our products, we only ship to the confirmed and verified address which is associated with your Paypal account. This is usually the address where you receive your credit card bill. If this billing address is a PO Box you should list your actual address as a secondary shipping address with your credit card company and provide the customer service number for our confirmation. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address we will require a signed authorization and/or ID authentication by our customer service team.
