Shipments are made Monday through Friday during business hours.
Most orders with standard FedEx Ground shippingare free within the US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
Express shipping is available at the buyer\'s expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional taxes, charges & fees. Buyer responsible.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Turbo Time USA.Please contact us immediately if there are any errors with the product.
Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for undamaged, unused and uninstalled items in the original packaging.
Most items come with a 12 month warranty and may be returned if deemed defective. We are not responsible for installation mistakes.
Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a replacement will be issued to the customer.
Items returned damaged(not deemed defective), altered, or missing original parts are not subject to a full refund and/or a claim may be filed via ebay.
Buyer is subject to shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
Cancellations must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
Core Deposits:
Automotive items are subject to core deposit charges per item. Charges range per item.
Core deposits are refunded upon receipt and inspection of the core (the old auto-part).
The core (the old part) must be salvageable and in repairable condition to receive refund.
Buyer is responsible for the shipment of the core within 30 days.*Most turbo sales are for the turbo only. Brackets/gaskets/seals/fittings/etc are not included unless specified. Thank you.
*Most electronic actuators are remanufactured in order to keep prices more accessible. They are included in the warranty.
