T-3 manifodl for your G54B motor, use any T-3 flanged turbo. This is an aftermarket part, normal and extensive modificaiton is required to fit a non-stock turbo to your starion/conquest. Not responsible for explaining all the modificationsneeded, if you don\'t know how to put this in, please don\'t buy it. I\'ve been selling these on starquest club for 12 years, proven design. Come see my listings there if you need more detail or pictures. This unit is complete and ready to ship, with a T-3 flange, and38 mm Tial V-band wastegate flange (industry standard). It also has an 1/8\" NPT port in the collector for an EGT sensor, it comes plugged with stainless plug and antisieze.
This model has equal length runners for ideal exhaust pulse balance into the turbine housing, coupled with a large collectorhousing for reduced turbulence. No sharp transitions or hard 90* turns for the high velocityexhaust. This is designed for maximum HP applicationswith a minimal increase in price and space consumption. Does not require massive modifications to fit this in, it keeps the turbo nice and close to the head. The Wastegate tucks nicely under the manifold and away from the down pipe and motor mount for easy plumbing.
Made from schedule 10 316L ultra low carbon stainless steel. very durable alloy, better than 304 for high service temp cracking and corrosion. Mild steel flange for minimal thermal expansion. Includes M10-1.5 metric turbo flange bolts.
Manifold flange is plasma-slotted, this allows the flange to flex just a little to minimize stress on the studs and prevents warpage.
Standard ground hipping included in price. Usually ships within 3 business days, though I strive for next day drop off. Will use Fed-Ex or UPS, whichever is most economical (typically Fed-ex).
