Stock TD05 - TD06 replacement turbo manifold for your G54B motor, use any stock mitsu turbo model. This is an aftermarket hand made part, normal tolerancesapply +/- a degree and/or MM, This puts the turbo in exactly the stock location, no other modificationsneeded. This unit is complete and ready to ship, with a stock mitsu flangeopened up to accomodate turbine porting. Made from schedule 10 316L ultra low carbon stainless steel. very durable alloy, better than 304 for high service temp cracking and corrosion. Mild steel flange for minimal thermal expansion. Includes M10-1.5 metric turbo flange bolts.
Manifold flange is plasma-slotted, this allows the flange to flex just a little to minimize stress on the studs and prevents warpage.
