If you need to return a part for any reason, contact us using Message Center to obtain authorization before returning any item. Include your user ID, item number, email address, and phone number. Please tell us the reason for the return, and if you need a replacement or refund. Returned goods must be in their original unused condition, with all original packaging and instructions, returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All returns need to be in new salable condition and cannot previously be installed. We cannot accept any returns on electrical products. Gasket sets must be unopened to be eligible for return. If the above terms are met, we will refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. Refunds can take up to a week to process. We will gladly replace any defective item returned within the stated warranty period. No refunds will be given on defective returns. If you need to return a defective part for any reason, contact us using Message Center to obtain authorization before returning any item. Replacement A/C Compressors are subject to failure if the system is not evacuated and flushed and new Accumulator Drier, Orifice Tube, and Seals installed. In order for us to warranty a Compressor purchased from us, we must receive proof that these other components were replaced and the system was properly flushed. Once we have received your return we will conduct a full inspection of the part to verify that it meets the above guidelines. After we've completed our inspection, and verified the part is defective, we will ship you a replacement part. WARRANTYWarranty Duration: 1 year
