If you need to return a part for any reason, we want to make that easy for you too. Just return the complete part in its original condition, with all original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a full part refund.We’ll refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. (Please note that there are a few special orders and discontinued items that we cannot take back, and they are identified in our catalog as “No Return.”)
To get complete Return Instructions, call us at (855) 726-2700 or through ’s messaging system. Please include: 1. Your Order number, 2. Part number and 3. Reason for the return.
Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in.
The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box. Don't paint or modify the parts in any way, install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. Refunds typically take about a week to process and will be paid as you paid us. (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order.) You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
