Standard Ignition Warranty
Standard Ignition offers a 60 month / 50,000 mile warranty on Modules. Standard Ignition offers a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on Reman Electric. Standard Ignition offers a 90 day / 3,000 mile warranty on all other parts.

- Once it is determined that you are eligible under our Warranty, we will send you a replacement part. If you require your part immediately, you may purchase a new part and we will credit the new part price once it is determined that you are eligible under our Warranty.
Depending on the item you purchased, you may be eligible for an extended warranty (e.g., converters 5 yrs/50k). Please also refer to the manufacturer information that was included with your item for additional information.
To ship your part to us, please follow these steps:
- Please call or email us us to receive a valid RMA number
- On the outside of your shipping package please clearly mark your Full Name & RMA Number (without these items we cannot guarantee qualification under our Warrantee).
- Please return the parts with a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or similar).
*If your part fails we will issue you an RMA number to return the product. The particular manufacturers’ rules and regulations determine the eligibility of a faulty part or improperly installed part for return. We process the return for you by accepting the part and then forward the part directly to the manufacturer for final approval. Installation of auto parts should be handled by a Certified Automotive Technician, and you should maintain a copy of the repair order after the repair is completed for your records (especially with items such as ECM's, A/C Compressors, Receiver Dryers, etc. where misdiagnosis and/or installation can easily damage a part). Remember: Having a certified technician install a part does not necessarily mean it was properly installed, but it will eliminate more of the common errors. In order to process the return, we may, on occasion, ask you to send us the original repair order and other documentation regarding the repair.Shipping Free Domestic (US) Shipping

Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.

CarPartKings does ship internationally. You can calculate shipping rates directly on the product page you are looking at. Simply click the "CALCULATE" button next to the Shipping text. You can also click the Tab titled "Shipping and payments" next to the "Description" tab and estimate shipping based on your Country & Postal Code.
If you would like to combine several items for a discounted shipping rates, please add each item to your cart individually. Once all items are added to your cart you can proceed to checkout and estimate shipping based on your Country & Postal code before actually paying. Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. To avoid surprises, please contact your local customs office before placing an order to ask what charges may apply. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in gathering information. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this delay.
We will ship to APO/FPO addresses & PO boxes if the item does not exceed USPS limits on size and weight (108 inches in combined length and girth or 70 pounds in weight). Shipping costs for APO addresses include postage and insurance.
In some cases, extra charges may apply. For example, in the case where an order is being shipping internationally and we don’t already have the part in stock, the part would first need to be shipped to us from the manufacturer before we can ship it to you.Return Policy

All items available at CarPartKings are returnable, EXCEPT for items marked “No Returns.” Returnable items must be returned within 60 days of the original order shipment date and must be returned along with the original packaging in new, unused and unaltered condition. Car Part Kings will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, ONLY if you receive an item that is broken or defective. To obtain the return shipping label, please contact us as you may be required to photograph and email us images of the parts you have received. In order to initiate a return, please follow the steps listed in the “How to Make a Return” section below. Please note that your return eligibility is subject to an inspection by CarPartKings
Canadian Orders are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the below conditions. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Duties and taxes paid on the original order must be must be refunded through the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA).
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except for manufacturer defect or CarPartKings error. Eligible returns and exchanges will not be refunded the cost of shipping on the original order. In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Unlike our competitors, CarPartKings will NEVER charge you a restocking fee.

Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 14 days of package receipt. Each return is subject to an inspection by CarPartKings which may take up to 60 days to complete. We will email you when we process your return following the completion of the inspection process. Please note: Once we apply your credit card refund, it may take approximately 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
How to Make a Return
