Shipping and Return Info
The shipping and handling charges for items are shown at the top of this listings. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground, and most arrive within 3-6 business days.
Where do we ship?
We ONLY ship to the continental 48 states. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
APO/FPO.
We're sorry, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Returns
Please contact us first if you have any problems with your order or desire an exchange.

If the listing contained an error, then Mountain Top Auto will gladly pay for the item to be shipped back to us, then we will ship the new item back to you free of charge. If there are no errors, then the customer will pay for the item to be shipped back. PLEASE contact our store and obtain an RGA BEFORE returning any products.
You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the following conditions are met:
- Item must be in original and unused condition
- Item must be returned in the original packaging
- Item must have all parts associated with it
- Item must be fully insured by the shipping carrier
- The customer will pay for shipping charges for the return
- If it's not an exchange, a 20% restocking fee will also be charged
NOTE: We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging. These are constraints set by product manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited.
Exchanges
The customer will be responsible for the shipping and the return shipping costs of the original item(s). As a courtesy to you, the shipping on your replacement item(s) will be Freight Free providing they fall in the parameters of our Freight Free policy.
The customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from us.
You must contact us and obtain an RGA prior to returning any products. Be sure the outside of the box has the RGA# clearly posted, along with your name and address.
Warranty Issues
Mountain Top Auto sells the highest quality products, most of which carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We will take care of the problem at our store, or put you in touch with the manufacturer to solve the problem.
