The Boundary Stage I oil pump is a complete pump that includes billet cut oil pump gears. The pump's are all blueprinted and hand assembled in house.These gears have been proven in applications of up to 300 hp/L or around 600 hp on a 2 liter.
Our gears are cut from the highest quality chromoly billets, on our hulking 100,000 pound Mori Seiki\Matsuura machining centers. We guarantee your gears forever. We have found these gears to be nearly indestructible in all applications, and if you do ever manage to break a set we'll happily replace it for free, Unlike others selling oil pump gears on the side, this is our one and only specialty and we take pride in the fact no one has ever broke a set of our gears.
- Hand Assembled: Inner and Outer Chromoly Gear Set hand assembled inside of a new oil pump housing.
- Cleaned: New housing disassembled and cleaned using air blast, ultrasonic, and visual inspection
- Valve Checked: Relief valve uninstalled, actuated, lubricated, and reinstalled
- Blue Printed: Blue printing paper work filled out with all your exact tolerances at the time of assembly.
- Lubricated: Assembled using Red Line assembly lube.
- Packaged: Fitted inside of air tight bag to prevent contamination.
