Will this fit my vehicle?
This product is designed and sold as a universal electric super charger kit. Custom installation should be expected. What we mean by custom installation is possible cutting, buying extra parts from hardware store for your installation.
Will it work with aftermarket intakes?
Yes, however make sure there is enough space to mount this product, or you may need to modify your intake by shortening it. You can use your stock intake filter, or the supplied K&N style filter.
Will it work with OEM intake boxes?
Yes, in some cases if there is enough space between the air box and the vehicle throttle body.
Modification will be required and may not fit all vehicles if done in this way.
Is there a step by step installation guide?
I am sorry, because there are so many ways to mount this kit, it is difficult to make a step by step guide.
Will the charger be continuously working when vehicle is on? No, you should not have it wired as such or you will damage the supercharger and void warranty. The supercharger is designed to turn on for brief periods when a vehicle is accelerating at maximum throttle. Example: When entering an onramp to highway. The charger should not be on for more than 20 seconds continuous. That may not sound like very much, but keep in mind an average vehicle can typically do the quarter mile (1/4 mile) from 0 in about 13-16 seconds.
Do the turbine blades restrict air flow when the unit is off?
This will not be a problem because the turbine area is 4" in diameter providing plenty of air flow when your vehicle is driving normally (Not in full throttle).
