Shipping
All Items are shipping within 24hours of ordering. All orders are processed by our sales staff to make sure everything is correct. If in case there is missing information, we will contact you by email before shipping your item out.
You can expediate the shipping process by making sure your paypal address is confirmed and your shipping address matches your paypal one. Most orders are held up by this little detail alone.
Our order processing staff are available M-F from 8-5pm. Saturday 8-2pm EST. If you place your order after these hours, we will process the order next business day, but still being able to ship within that 24hour time frame.
All Listings marked "Free Shipping" only available within the Continental 48 States. HI, AK, PR please message for shipping quotes. We currently do not ship out of USA at this time.

Our preferred method of payment is by Paypal. You can pay instantly with paypal along with any major credit cards.
Paypal will also accept check payments. However, check payments normally takes 3-5 business days to clear and your item will not ship until the check is cleared.

Return Policy
All Items have a 14 Day Money Back Return Policy
Please contact us if there is a need for return. Typically issues can be resolved before anyone has to spend additional shipping to return an item.
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before it can be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee with buyer paying shipping. Only exception to this rule is if we have made an error on your order. Which in this case, we would cover your return 100% including shipping fees.
