Issue: Both passenger and driver sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both passenger and driver side halos barely light up when powered. Passenger side has a broken tab, and the piece is included. Both passenger and driver side has cut and spliced wires, and may require some rewiring. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install. Fitment: 1996-1998 Honda Civic
