This is a Brand New GT40 plain steel289 engine, GT40P "P" suffix header type. Thisheader setis primarily designed for 1964-68 Ford Mustang applications using GT40 cylinder heads, but will also work in other Ford compacts that were built on the Mustang platform. The FF3GTS features excellent spark plug and ground clearance, plus big performance gains or factory exhaust manifolds. The FF3GTS will also work with stock cylinder heads.Please let me knowwhether you have a 289 or 302 engine, which GT40 cylinder heads you are using, andif you are using the Ford AOD transmission.Check out our store for the other options for this header set.
If you are using a manual transmission you will need to convert to a hydraulic clutch setup because the factory cable interferes with the collector.
Comes with all hardware necessary for installation.
