Most cases if you currently have alloys your lug nuts will fit these wheels. If you have a Tacoma with steel wheels the lugs may not be the correct design for these wheels and will need lugs from a stock alloy wheel. Wheels are TPMS friendly and alloy to alloy will work, Sensors from steel wheels to alloys will not interchange. New sensors will be needed to complete a full install correctly.
