This listing is for a set of FOUR (4) used OEM 15\" full wire wheel covers (with center caps) correct for numerous REAR wheel drive 1979-89 FULL SIZE Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth models (Diplomat, Gran Fury, Fifth Avenue, etc) equipped with 15\" STEEL wheels. There are some dents and dings on the edges from curbs/parking, but all spokes are in place and the clips are solid and unbroken for a secure fit. This style cap can be locked on, but NO LOCKING HARDWARE IS INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE. One of the caps (top right) has a tear on the back side where the lock bolt would install (see final photo). I\'m not sure why, how, or when it happened, but this is how it was when it was removed from the car. The issue is NOT visible when the cap is installed, and it has no effect of the caps ability to snap on. I only mention the issue so there are no surprises. All four caps need a good bath, but are ready to use as they are if you just want to cover your bare, black wheels. This is a USED 25+ year old set and they are NOT new or show quality items. Please expect to find scratches, scuffs, and dirt, dust, grime, and other imperfections from years of every day road use and exposure to the elements!!!
