I purchased this 18 x 8.5 Speedline Magnesium WheelSaleen wheel directly from a person who owned a 1998 Saleen S281 Mustang and had used this as a spare Front Wheelthen had it completely refinished way back in 1999. ThisSINGLESpeedline MagnesiumWheel originally retailed for$569.99 WHEN IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR SALE,plus California Taxes through Saleen Performance and is Very Rare and hard to find/ Come Bynow-a-days.I recently got this out of my storage after it had been in there since 1999 BOXED UP.
I personally have never used this Saleen Speedline Wheel, but recently took it to a professional wheel shop to test it to see if it spun true and it does. This Wheel was professionally stripped downto baremagnesium then repainted way back in 1999 by the person I had purchased it from way back whenand am unsure who or what company he used which was out of California, but would label it in Excellent to Great Condition for a Used Restored Wheel. This Speedline Rim is in Excellent Condition with no no cracks or bends, etc. This Saleen Speedline Magnesium Wheel (Can Only be used as a front wheel since it is a 35mm Offset one 18 x 8.5) and very Rare now and hard to find. This is theSpeedline Magnesium Wheel is lite weight and stamped with the 1996 year stampand is now an obsolete wheel no longer made.
