STORE HOURS are Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm EST. Cleared payments before 12:00pm will ship that same day. Only PayPal accepted at checkout. All shipments must ship to the address on file with PayPal as a Confirmed Address– NO Shipments to P.O. Boxes or Unconfirmed Addresses, no exceptions. Double check and ensure your shipping address before completing your order. Please also confirm Make, Model, Year and Engine of your Vehicle at check out.

Return Procedures and Refunds.
Our Return and Warranty policy is liberal and second to none in the industry. We are here to help you get what you want, sale or no sale. This allows you the freedom to find what you need with confidence and not worry of possible mistakes.
Exchange Policy……………..
NO RESTOCKING FEE(S) with a replacement order of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of the purchase date… If the item received is incorrect or not what you wanted and you signed for delivery of a sealed and undamaged package, call us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), then return it and we will replace it… It’s that simple! All we ask is that you return your purchase as you received it, in brand new condition and unused, and we will replace it once the item is received and inspected. If you require an urgent replacement, we can send you its replacement at once by Invoicing for the value of the replacement plus shipping and refund you the original amount once the assigned RMA is returned, inspected and confirmed. RMA’s are only valid for 30days, so please make sure to send any approved return as soon as possible. If the item shipped is incorrect to what you ordered, we’ll pay for the return and replacement shipping of the product. If not all shipping charges for the return as well as its replacement part(s) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy……………..
GET YOUR MONEY BACK if you decide you don’t want your purchase for any reason within 15days of Invoice date, less any shipping paid to send it to you if applicable, plus the lowest restocking fee in the industry. We don’t want you to keep and pay for anything that does not work for you. Just call for a “I don’t want it return authorization”, pay for the return shipment, returned within 15 days of when assigned the return authorization and as long as it is returned in the same brand new conditions unopened and unused as it was shipped to you, we will refund your money. A 10% restocking charge does apply. Once received, inspected and approved, we will issue credit within 3 days to your original form of payment. Check with your credit card provider or financial institution, as they may take up to 7 days to post your refund on your account.
Customer Responsibility……………..
Only sign for receipt of product(s) we ship you, if and only if it is received un-opened and without any transportation damage. You must inspect any package you receive and not accept it if it is found to be opened, broken or that package shows any type of damage. We take every precautionary measure to package the shipment as best possible to ensure it gets to you intact. But you’ve seen it on the Internet and your local news, how some carriers have been fined for improper product handling. We feel to have selected the top carrier’s in the industry, but we need you to ensure if you sign for a delivery, it is because you accepted the shipment to be intact, closed and in good conditions. If you decide to sign for any open or damaged package without claiming it on the carrier’s paper work and sending us a copy of such a claim, then you accept and understand the product received to be intact and not to have basis for any right to claim for any damaged, missing or defective parts. In the event that you feel that you have received an incomplete order or are missing parts, we will follow through with all due diligence and help you resolve the situation to the best of our abilities. It is our company policy to weight all packages prior to shipment to ensure that all required components are included in shipments. Please help us get your order to you as we take special attention in packaging it. DON”T SIGN FOR ANY OPEN, DAMAGED OR BROKEN PACKAGES.
Warranty Assurance
All sales include a 1 year warranty from date of purchase at no extra cost. We will replace any product confirmed to be defected in material or workmanship for up to one year – you will never need to deal with the manufacturer, we will do that for you. Others will offer shorter warranties, have you deal with the manufacture on warranties or try and sell you extended warranties – why pay more? With us you won’t have to! Furthermore we are confident in the products we sell and we hate nothing more than causing an inconvenience for our customers for a defective part, and that’s why we offer our customers a 10% discount coupon after we confirm to have sold you a defective product.
So you think you might have a defective part you bought from us? Just call us or Email us. While some companies will repair defective parts, our policy is to replace any part you purchased from us and is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period. However returning a new or non defective part with a Warranty Claim number within 15 days of original purchase will be processed as a return and is subject to a restocking fee. Standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee – no exceptions.
How does it work..? First; we strongly ask you understand our warranty before you confirm an order.
Standard Warranty: If you feel you have a defective part, call us for a Warranty Claim Number Authorization; return the approved part for replacement upon inspection and approval of defect.
Expedited Warranty: If you need the part as soon as possible simply follow the same steps as our standard warranty and allows us to send you a replacement part immediately, with standard shipping paid by us, with your authorization of us charging you a deposit for the value of the replacement part only. This deposit would then be refunded once we receive the returned item and it is inspected and confirmed to be defective.
Our warranty and obligation is limited to the replacement of any defective product, approved to be returned with its appropriate return authorization and confirmed to be defective once received and inspected by us. All parts must be installed by a professional mechanic and for replacement of an original equipment or aftermarket product. We will not refund, pay or be liable for any claim(s) to direct or indirect injuries of any person or for any expense you may incur during installation, after installation, use, replacement of our product or misconduct, including but not limited to towing service, rental car, labor or towing expenses, other damaged items said or proven to be caused by use and/or installation of part(s) ordered. Warranties do not apply to products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, defamation, modification, negligence, water, fire, alterations, acts of God and damages caused in shipping and handling.
