Issue: Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger has glue on the edges of the lens, indicating repairs to the broken seal were attempted, and may still need to be fixed. Passenger side has a broken tab, and the piece is not included. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install. Fitment: 94-01 Dodge Ram 1500
