THESE ARE BRAND NEW AND HAVE BEEN PAINTED GREEN ON THE OUTER PART OF THE WHEEL, THE SIDES ARE STILL LEFT UNPAINTED AND ARE BLACK IN COLOR. Wheel measurements: 4\" pilot hole, 4 1/2\" width 16\" height, 5 on 5 1/2\" bolt pattern 9/16\" stud hole.
