This is a used nv3500 2wd transmission, for earlier s10\'s with the external slave cylinder. I had it rebuilt ( reciept pictured) a fair number of years ago, but only drove about 3k miles on it. I can include the clutch at no charge if desired ( 3k miles as well).
It worked well for me, but I decided to swap to a newer t56 when I came across a good deal on one.
