The Roto-fab third gen CTS-V CAI system features a powder coat aluminum air box custom formed and TIG welded to mate to the stock air inlet duct while hugging the CTS-V contours all the way around. The top perimeter effectively seals to the hood providing all of the advantages of a lid while maximizing air box volume and providing space for a huge filter. Our approach was to hand fabricate a custom air box with all the qualities we know are important, then relentlessly refine the design until we reached the exact fit we wanted.
The Roto-fab CAI system for the 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V is here! After months of development, we’re excited to release a high quality, “no tune required” cold air intake system for Gen 3 CTS-V owners. Chassis dyno test results from three very reputable shops have shown gains ranging from 20+ HP up to 30+ HP with the Roto-fab CAI alone on otherwise stock cars. Gains with a tune were even more impressive! Now CTS-V owners can enjoy great performance, sound and appearance out of a single bolt-on product.
The air box adapter bolts directly to the air box creating the MAF sensor housing on the engine side while transitioning to a huge 6” OD to accept the massive filter. The transition itself is molded to create a mounting flange on the exterior which mates to the air box to isolate the filter from engine bay heat while forming a “bell mouth” entry inside to increase air flow. Due to our rigid air box mounting system, we incorporate a silicone hump hose connector at the inlet elbow to absorb motor rock. To increase air velocity, the inlet elbow is custom molded with a slight taper throughout its length as it transitions down to the throttle body. To maximize air volume, we maintain a large ID on the inlet elbow then use silicone reducer to step down to the throttle body clamping diameter. The coupler clamps are stainless steel as are all of the mounting screws.

Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.
Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Rudy's Performance Parts will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.
Rudy's Performance Parts ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different times.
ReturnsAll of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy’s Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won’t be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return of an item please feel free to contact our Returns Department through eBay.
