This is a domed 3 dimensional emblem that goes on the Ram shift dial face for the 8 speed transmission. This is not a flat sticker. It is a 1/16\" thick flexible plastic resin that has a smooth gloss finish with an adhesive backing to simply stick to the face of the existing shifter. It was designed to fit in the circular groove on the stock shift dial face. The size is 1 5/16\" specificity made to fit the Ram shift dial.
