Returns Buyer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) from The Suspension Source. Buyer must ship product with original receipt and RGA. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If customer received free or discounted shipping original shipping charges will be deducted from refund. The Suspension Source will charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned parts. Refunds will be issued via PayPal minus shipping charge and restocking fees.
