After the repair, the cluster still does not work or is broken:
This repair will not solve air bag warning lights or messages unrelated to the cluster. If you plug the cluster in and it still does not work the problem exists outside of your cluster or the cluster was replaced at some point with the the wrong part number for your vehicle. We test and take pictures of every cluster that we repair. We do not ship clusters that are not functioning as they should. If you received a broken cluster it likely happened during shipping. Call us so we can resolve the situation at [phone removed by eBay] between 9am-5pm central time.
Diagnostics, testing, and labor fee:In the rare event that we are unable to repair your item we MAY charge a labor fee. We will ONLY do this if we spend a fair amount of time working on your cluster and we have prior consent.
The standard labor for clusters and large items is $69.99 plus return shipping (or the auction amount if lower)
The labor for small items and repairs valued between $10 and $50 is waived and you will only be charged for return shipping if you want the item back.
We are generally not able to repair an item is if someone else already attempted a repair and failed or if there is main board hardware or software damage, physical, internal electronic, or similar other damage.
If you do not want the item back, we will generally pay you the current core value for your item if it is an item we can use anything from before discarding it.
