I cannot stress enough PLEASE READ ENTIRE AUCTION. This is a repair of your instrument cluster that is sent to me at your cost. It is then repaired and then sent back to you with USPS Priority Mail shipping. You must send me your unit to be repaired FIRST.
This is for the repair of an odometer/gear selector where the LED had gotten dimmer and had gone out. The problem is in the cluster it’s self, It’s not just a bulb you can replace.
The vehicle is able to be started and moved without the odometer and cluster. I do not endorse driving the vehicle like normal. There is no speedometer, fuel gauge or idiot lights to indicate an issue with your vehicle.
You will get your original cluster returned. There is no need to worry about the mileage that is stored in the electronics of the unit. The repair process I use does not disturb your stored information.
I take the cluster apart. Clean the work surface area, remove the bad components, and remove the contaminated solder from the circuit boards. With the special prep work on the new parts, they can be installed with less heat on the board. High heat can damage the board and other components in the general area. The readout lighting is checked, and cluster is reassembled and readout checked for 2nd time.
This is a REPAIR for the gear shift indicator and mileage odometer LED lighting ONLY. If there are other problems with the cluster, those problems will not be repaired. There are others out there that want to charge you to repair stuff that’s not broken.

The cluster is normally repaired the same evening it is received. There is a pick up order sent for the following USPS business day. Return shipping to you includes $50 shipping insurance.

Refurbished and Warranty info: Only the LED readout lighting section of the power supply is refurbished and holds the 60day warranty in the cluster you send to me for repair.
The Ebay handling time: Due to you having to send the instrument cluster to me first, I had to expand my handling time of when Ebay sees me returning the finished item from the time of sale. Like it was stated earlier, I normally get the instrument cluster repaired the same evening it is received.
