Shipping...
Free 2 way shipping to the lower 48 states only. We will include a pre-paid return label for your old rebate cluster, this label can not be used for any other purpose. Walk-in customers are welcome but please contact in the AM to be sure a tech is available that day. To meet Ebay\'s shipping deadline all clusters ship the next business day after receiving payment with or without any programming, so please be sure to contact us with your vehicle information with your purchase.
About the rebate...
The Ebay listing price includes the rebate. After installation of our cluster, please operate the vehicle for 1 week to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Once satisfied ship your original cluster to us within 50 days using the pre-paid label, the rebate will be issued within 2 business days after it arrives to us. Please be sure to include the supplied paper work, this will identify who the cluster belongs to and not delay the rebate.
If you would like to know the status of your rebate please do not contact us by phone, contact us via email only. Officepersonneldoes not have access to banking information. Email us with the following information: Full name and address used to make the payment, zip code the item was shipped to & tracking number to us. Rebates generally take about 1 week to appear on your account,all rebates go back to the original source only, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!. Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping fee\'s are not refundable.This cluster will come with a 90 day sellers\' guarantee.Please be advised: If the product proves defective during the guarantee period, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred for diagnosis, removal, packaging and return shipping.
