JP Motor will only accept returns with original packaging, on wheels that have NOT been mounted, meaning wheels must be in NEW, ready for sale, condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be obtained prior to returning the product. Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for safe return of the product including, but not limited to, proper packaging, return shipping charges and insurances. Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned and inspected.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.
